Carlos Domingues is the author of the article “The Labor Law Reform and new bearings of the salary parity rule,” published in the 60th edition of the magazine of the Labor Court of Appeals for the First Region (Rio de Janeiro). The aim of the test is to explain the modifications brought by the recent Labor Law Reform to the rules on salary parity that will have to be observed from now on.

Published since 1988, the 60th edition of Revista do TRT/RJ reflected on the impact of the recent alterations of labor law, labor procedure law and civil procedure law.
