Ilan Goldberg and Priscila Fichtner authored the article “Em tempos de pandemia, o porquê da maior relevância do seguro garantia na Justiça do Trabalho” (“In times of pandemic, the reason for the greater relevance of guarantee insurance in labor suits”), published on Tuesday (July 7th) at the Migalhas legal portal.

They describe how, after the controversies were overcome, guarantee insurance is becoming increasingly consolidated in the Labor Justice System. In particular, they describe how this can assure more working capital to companies, which are currently debilitated by the pandemic.
