The partners Ilan Goldberg and Priscila Fichtner participated in the symposium “Insurance Contracts: Theory and Effectiveness”, promoted by the National Insurance School. The event was held on September 13th in the auditorium of the Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ) School of Law.

As part of panel 2, Priscila talked about “The link between objective and subjective good faith in insurance”. In turn, Ilan participated in panel 4, with a presentation on “Malicious acts in the ambit of D&O insurance.”
