style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">14.020\/2020; e\u00a0<\/span><b><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">(b)<\/span><\/span><\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">que veio disciplinar os casos de recontrata\u00e7\u00e3o de empregados dispensados sem justa causa no per\u00edodo de estado de calamidade p\u00fablica provocado pela pandemia da Covid-19.<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0para a ado\u00e7\u00e3o dos acordos de redu\u00e7\u00e3o proporcional de jornada e sal\u00e1rio e de suspens\u00e3o do contrato de trabalho, passando a ser, em ambas \u00e0s hip\u00f3teses,\u00a0<\/span><b><span style=\"font-style: inherit;\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">de um total de 120 (cento e cinte dias)<\/span><\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">, tendo em vista que os acordos de suspens\u00e3o poder\u00e3o ser prorrogados, al\u00e9m dos prazos estipulados na MP 936\/2020 e na Lei 14.020, por mais 60 (sessenta) dias<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">;<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">sendo que, nos casos de suspens\u00e3o<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0do contrato de trabalho<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" font-weight: inherit;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0poder\u00e3o ser retroativos e devem seguir os termos da Lei n<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00ba 14.020\/2020, que possui algumas diferen<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00e7as em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 MP n\u00ba 936\/<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">2020;\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559685&quot;:1134,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p far\u00e1 jus a mais uma parcela mensal do benef\u00edcio emergencial, no valor\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">de R$ 600,00 (seiscentos font-weight: inherit;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0no caso de dispensa sem justa causa\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">seguida de recontrata\u00e7\u00e3o do mesmo empregado em per\u00edodo inferior a 90 dias, \u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">durante a ocorr\u00eancia
