The lawyers of the insurance and corporate practice areas of CGV evaluated the public consultation announcement published on May 25th by the Superintendency of Private Insurance (SUSEP), involving proposals to alter CNSP Resolution 243 of 2011, which covers the administrative sanctions and establishes the procedural rules for public inquiries and administrative penalty proceedings involving the insurance market.
