Claudio Miranda is an attorney, Professor of Business Law at FGV Direito Rio, and holds both a Master’s and a Ph.D. in Business Law from UERJ (Rio de Janeiro State University). Combining a multidisciplinary academic background with extensive experience in Corporate and Business Law, he is the partner responsible for the firm’s corporate practice, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, banking law, commercial contracts, arbitration, corporate and commercial litigation, as well as judicial reorganization and bankruptcy proceedings.
Mr. Miranda has many years of experience advising on complex capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions, representing clients across a broad range of industries and economic sectors. His practice serves businesses of all sizes, from small and medium-sized enterprises to major multinational corporations.
