Luciano Mariano has over 20 years of experience in the labor and social security area, having worked in the legal departments of companies in various segments (banking, insurance, telecommunications, electricity, steelmaking, call center services, etc.). During his career he has worked on many large and complex cases, including collective bargaining with unions. He has postgraduate specialization in business law and a Green Belt certificate in the Lean Six Sigma method. He also has practiced at large law firms and is a frequent contributor of op-ed pieces to Globo Online, Jornal do Comércio, Jornal Valor Econômico and Revista Pequenas Empresas Grandes Negócios and an invited guest on TV Bandeirantes. He joined CGV in 2008.
