Marcelle Lerbak is currently studying for specialization certification in Labor and Labor Procedure Law. He joined CGV in 2016 as an intern, with the Special Causes and Consulting team, specialized in labor cases. After graduation from law school he became an associate lawyer, mainly serving clients in the steel and e-commerce sectors, in relevant cases due to their complexity or risk involved, including representing clients in civil public actions and administrative proceedings conducted by the Ministry of Labor and Labor Attorney’s Office.
