Ticiana is a lawyer with postgraduate specialization, Exin Certified Data Protection Officer and Green Belt certification in the Lean Six Sigma method. She has extensive experience in the civil area, with emphasis on consumer law and in the real estate, banking, insurance and data protection sectors.
She joined the firm in 2000 and has worked in several areas. She now is responsible fo the operational management of all the offices of the firm, where she works with control of cases and analysis of indicators.
She also is active in the firm’s Technology and Innovation area, representing the firma t events involving Lawtechs and Insurtechs, and in partnership with the IT team, she helps to develop tools to enhance the firm’s operational performance.
