Ilan Goldberg participates in the International Meetings of the Henri Capitant Association

The partner Ilan Goldberg took part in the International Meetings of the Henri Capitant Association, in the French cities of Bordeaux and Paris. Ilan was one of the rapporteurs in the Premiere Chambre de la Cour d’Appel de Paris, in the panel on “Solidarité et Indemnisation”.
The Brazilian Committee counted on the presence of the Honorary Chairman Arnoldo Wald and was coordinated by Gustavo Tepedino and Pablo Renteria, who prepared national reports and participated in the debates in all the panels.
The next International Meetings will be held in 2020, in South Korea, and will have Artificial Intelligence as the focus theme.
