Guilherme Panisset Barreto Bernardes is the author of the article “A mudança de entendimento da SUSEP envolvendo a responsabilidade de administradores no julgamento de processos administrativos sancionadores” [“The change in the interpretation of SUSEP involving the liability of administrators in the judgment of administrative penalty proceedings”], published on Monday (June 29th) at the Editora Roncarati portal.

In the article, he analyzes the new position of SUSEP regarding the requirements for assigning administrative liability to the administrators of entities regulated by SUSEP, based on a recent decision.
