Jean Carlos de Albuquerque Gomes, an associate lawyer with Chalfin, Goldberg, Vainboim & Fichtner Advogados Associados, was accepted to participate in the LL.M. Program of Rio de Janeiro State University, with emphasis on procedural law.

The LL.M. Program of UERJ is considered one of the best in Brazil, with a faculty composed of some of the best jurists in the country (including justices of the Federal Supreme Court). After being admitted via a long selective process, Jean said: “I look forward to being an outstanding student, to prepare myself to make a contribution to the development of procedural law, and consenquently UERJ.”
