​Jean Carlos has postgraduate specialization in administrative law and a Green Belt certificate in the Lean Six Sigma method. He is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law. He joined CGV in 2006 and in the ensuing 10 years, he has practiced in the firm’s insurance, banking and consumer law sectors. He is currently a member of the Special Causes and Consulting area, representing and advising clients in the banking and e-commerce areas, including in public civil actions.
