Between September 2nd and 6th, Jean Carlos de Albuquerque Gomes participated in the course “II New Trends in the Common Law”, held at the University of London, which counted on the presence of various authorities and professors from many countries, covering many current procedural topic, among them the use of artificial intelligence and on-line dispute resolution (ODR).

“The course was excellent, exceeding all expectations. It is very important to learn about the Common Law for us to find inspiration from Anglo-Saxon institutions and import concepts and mechanisms that can help us resolve problems related to the effectiveness of the judicial system,” he commented.
