Law 14,020/2020 brings alterations to agreements to suspend employment contracts and proportional reduction of work shift and salary.

Law 14,020 of July 6, 2020, resulting from transformation of Provisional Measure 936/2020, requires companies to observe alterations, particularly in relation to agreements for suspension of employment contracts and proportional reduction of salary and working hours for the duration of the Covid-19 pandemic. We have produced a bulletin describing the main points of this change.
