On June 19th, by means of the webinar “Modernização dos Processos Sancionadores” [“Modernization of Penalty Proceedings”], the Superintendency of Private Insurance (SUSEP) sponsored a debate on the proposed changes in CNSP Resolution 243/2011.

At the event, Tatiana Rocha, coordinator of the Office for General Coordination of Judgments (CGJUL), gave a presentation, followed by a long question and answer session. This is another step in the recent efforts of SUSEP for approximation with the market and technical agents for preparation of rules.

Because of this, we have produced a bulletin covering the main points of the presentation.
