​Guilherme is currently studying for an LL.M. with focus on Civil Liability and Insurance at the University of Lisbon. He has an outstanding reputation in questions related to civil, regulatory, corporate and contract law, in particular in the insurance/reinsurance sector, as well as defending clients in administrative penalty proceedings conducted by the Superintendency of Private Insurance (SUSEP) and the Appeals Council of the National System of Private Insurance and Pension Plans (CRSNSP). He joined the Firm in March 2020 as a member of the Special Causes and Consulting team, serving the interests of insurers and reinsurers in the analysis of regulatory questions and contracts of relevant complexity and value.

Bachelor of Law degree from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) Law School in March 2013.
Studying for an LL.M. with focus on Civil Liability and Insurance at the University of Lisbon.
Extension Course in Insurance, Reinsurance and Regulatory Law from Getulio Vargas Foundation – Rio de Janeiro.
Extension Course in Contract Law from IBDCivil, given at the headquarters building of the Rio de Janeiro State Public Defenders Office.
