Master and PhD in Civil Procedural Law (PUC-SP) and Professor of the Specialization Course (PUC-COGEAE), Gustavo has 15 years of experience in high-complexity litigation, in addition to being a consultant and expert on issues of Civil Procedural Law, Insurance , Civil, Constitutional and Consumer Responsibility. He is the author of books and several works published in periodicals and collections. Gustavo works with the areas of insurance and strategic litigation/arbitration.
