<p>Antonio Gaspar is a lawyer with postgraduate specialization and Green Belt certification in the Lean Six Sigma method. He has solid experience in managing recurring litigation. He previously was a coordinator in the legal department of one of the largest private banks in Brazil. He joint CGV in 2012 and became an equity partner in 2013. He is responsible for managing the cases of clients in the banking segment in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, as well as for overall operational management of the firm, covering the sectors of Legal Control, Analysis of Indicators and Improvement Projects. He is also responsible for the Technology and Innovation area, where he develops projects related to jurimetrics and application of artificial intelligence.</p>

<p>Bachelor of Law Degree from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) Law School.</p>
<p>Postgraduate specialization in corporate law from Getulio Vargas Foundation Law School in Rio de Janeiro</p>
<p>Postgraduate specialization in civil procedure law from the Superior School of Law, Rio de Janeiro.</p>
<p>Green Belt Certificate in Lean Six Sigma.</p>
